At milc&co, we are committed to providing quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. Before purchasing your product, please take a moment to read our return and delivery policy.
Returns and Refunds
Should you, for any reason, become dissatisfied with a product purchased online, you may return it to milc&co through the following means.
1. In store within 30 days of receipt of the goods for a full refund, replacement or exchange; provided that you have the original tax invoice and the goods have been returned in a saleable condition, which includes returning with all original packaging, accessories and product documentation with regards to fragile items - returns will only be accepted should there be no breakage / damage to the items.
Should you be unable to provide an invoice, we will be happy to exchange your purchase at the current system price.
2. By courier, within 30 days of receipt of the goods for a full refund, replacement or exchange; provided that you have the original tax invoice and the goods have been returned in a saleable condition, which includes returning with all original packaging, accessories and product documentation with regards to fragile items - returns will only be accepted should there be no breakage / damage to the items.
On receipt of the return, milc&co, will assess the saleable condition of the machine and thereafter refund within 5 working days of acceptance of the return.
Other than in the instance of a return due to a factory fault, the cost of returning the goods by courier will be for your account.
Factory Faults
You may return, for either a replacement or a refund, products that are considered to have a factory fault as a result of a manufacturing defect, within 60 days from the date of receipt of the products.
Please ensure that you familiarise yourself with our various products purposes as noted on our product description and specifications tabs, as goods purchased and then used for a different purpose will result in the voiding of any product manufacturing warranties.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer support team via caitlin@milcco.com or 0649068552 to notify us of the issue and request a return authorization.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation.
3. Return or ship the product to the return address provided by our customer support team.
Shipping Policy
We offer convenient shipping options to ensure that your purchase reaches you in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Free Shipping (Within South Africa): Orders for "Small Items" with a total value exceeding ZAR799.00 (Seven hundred and ninty nine rands) are eligible for free shipping within South Africa. This offer is automatically applied at checkout, and no additional shipping fee will be charged.
Standard Shipping Fee (Within South Africa): Orders for "Standard Shipping" will be charged a shipping fee of ZAR180 (One hundred and eighty rands).
Large Item Shipping Fee (Within South Africa): Orders for "Large Items" will be charged a shipping fee of ZAR 2000 (Two thousand rands).
International Orders: We currently ship within South Africa only. If you are located outside of South Africa and wish to make a purchase, you are responsible for arranging your own courier service to collect the product from our location. Please contact our customer support team for further assistance.

Cancellation
If for any reason you would like to cancel an order, this may be done by visiting www.milcco.com on our website or by contacting our Customer Services Centre at caitlin@milcco.com or 0649068552.
Orders may only be cancelled 24 hours after placing the order. We may debit your payment card for delivery fees incurred as a result of late cancellation.
